R scripts

All R scripts used for the project Spatial connectivity of marine predators over the Patagonian Shelf during the highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) outbreak. Files are publicly available and contain all scripts to process raw tracking data. Access to datasets can be requested and granted following account registration with this data repository.
