Lineage Sentinel-2 imagery from 2017 and 2018 were processed to form a single, psudo-composite dataset. A red-edge vegetation index (VI) was applied to identify productive pixels within and/or on the water column. Terrestrial areas were masked, and the output normalised from 0 to 1 (0 representing low certainty). Values less than 0.4 were reclassed as 1, the remaining values scaled as integers between 2 and 9 (1 representing low certainty). Values of NoData indicate terrestrial features, areas outside a 10 km terrestrial buffer zone, or areas of persistent cloud cover.
