| Lineage | Squid mantles were imaged then landmarks were collected using TPSDig software (which converts hand-selected landmarks into Cartesian coordinates) then these are imported into R from a TPS file. Morphometric measurements were also manually collected at the same time and read in from a csv file. All measurements were collected by the same person and data were checked carefully. |
