| Lineage | GEBCO bathymetry data were downloaded for the Patagonian Shelf and seabed morphology data were derived and mapped using R and QGIS tools. The morphological derived variables are: Slope, Bathymetric Position Index (BPI) at fine and broad moving windows, Terrain Ruggedness Index (TRI), Roughness, Aspect (Eastness and Northness), Curvature (General, Planar, Profile). Each variable is available as raster file with a resolution of 90 metres. |
